Will our guests need an app or an account?

Neither. They scan your QR or open your wedding link and use their phone's browser. You can share the link ahead of the day and print QR signs for the tables.

Who can see our wedding photos?

Guest access uses the private link or QR you share. You control your gallery settings and can hide or remove uploads. Treat the link as an invitation: anyone it is shared with may be able to access your wedding.

Can we keep everything afterwards?

Every package lets you download individual original photos and videos. The Wedding and Signature Packages also let you request the whole collection; we email you when it's ready. Signature adds a highlights film and photo collages.

How long do we have to download our memories?

Gallery stays available for 30 days after your wedding, The Wedding for 12 months, and Signature for 24 months. Save your downloads somewhere you can keep them.
