Data protection

GDPR and personal data

Wedding galleries can include personal moments, guest names, dietary notes, account details, and support messages. This page explains how we protect that information and how you can exercise your rights.

Roles

Customer and platform responsibilities

Couples normally control wedding content and decide what is collected and shared. Relive processes that content for them, while separately controlling account, security, support, and audit data.

Rights

Access, correction, and deletion

Customers can ask for help with data access, correction, export, or deletion from their account. Guests can contact us directly without creating an account.

Retention

Keep data only while needed

Hosting follows the package and any agreed extension. We warn customers before hosting ends and provide a recovery and export window before deleting wedding data, as explained in our privacy notice.

Security

Private by design

We use encryption and access controls to protect wedding information. Customers choose their guest-access settings. Access by authorised staff is limited to legitimate support, safety and service needs.

Your information, handled with care

Our privacy notice explains the information we collect, why we use it, who can access it and how long it is kept. Our service-provider register explains where trusted providers help us deliver the service.

Share only the guest information needed for your wedding. Take particular care with dietary and allergy details: confirm the information with the guest and share it only with people who need it for hospitality.
